Budgetary Committee Chair
Lizzy Osterhoudt is majoring in Zoology while also pursuing the Pre-Veterinary track. She has served the Native American Cultural Center as their Senator for the past three academic semesters. Ms. Osterhoudt was the previous Vice-Chair of the Budgetary Affairs Committee for the 2020 – 2021 academic year.
She is thrilled to now serve as the Budgetary Affairs Committee Chair for the remainder of the 2020 – 2021 academic year. Ms. Osterhoudt recognizes the pandemic has affected all students and the preexisting financial inequities of marginalized and oppressed communities. Ms. Osterhoudt will ensure that the Senate prioritizes projects that are equitable and beneficial for the members of our community at CSU. Examples of these projects that Ms. Osterhoudt has aided and or supported are the funding for Rams Against Hunger, Voter Engagement, and her own: Indigenous Student’s Travel Grant. She hopes to continue to financially create an equitable and inclusive space within the Budgetary Affairs Committee.
