Want to make your impact even bigger? Become an Earth Day Challenge Team Leader by gathering 5-10 people from your Fort Collins social network and working together to reduce your collective carbon footprint. As a Team Leader, you will be trained on how to recruit, register, and motivate your team members. A CSU Graduate Student will also be sharing best practices for sustainable behavior change and community organizing. These trainings will occur on Feb. 15th (6-7:30pm) & Feb 22nd (6-7:30pm). Earth Day Challenge staff members are here to support you and give you the tools you need to succeed as a Team Leader. You and your team will support the environment while being in a friendly competition against other teams to win prizes!

Team Leader Prize Categories:
– Most team members recruited who completed 5,000 point Earth Day Challenge – free ebike
– Hosted the most team meetings – $100 gift card to a Fort Collins business of your choice
– Every Team Leader – receives a sustainable “thank you” gift basket
