How to Participate:

1. Borrow Regalia SPRING: Visit the ASCSU office to check out a regalia pack for your graduation ceremony after completing the form below. After completion of the form, you will be contacted via email by [email protected] informing all users of the Lending Library of the regalia distribution windows. Regalia will not be shipped. Graduates must pick up their cap, gown, and tassel in the ASCSU Office.

2. Borrow Regalia FALL: Visit the ASCSU Office to check out a regalia pack for your graduation photos after completing the form below. After completion of the form, you will be contacted individually via email by [email protected] informing you of available pickup times. Regalia will not be shipped. Graduates must pick up their cap, gown, and tassel in the ASCSU Office. Please note, fall distribution will be operating at lower capacity to prepare for Spring Commencement and to allow students to borrow regalia up until December 1^st to accommodate graduation photos. *FALL 2025 LENDING LIBRARY USERS WILL NOT HAVE TASSEL INCLUDED IN THEIR REGALIA PACK*

3. Return After Use SPRING: After your celebration, simply return your cap and gown so it can be used by future graduates. Tassels are not required to be returned but will be accepted. Multiple return windows are available and will be forwarded via email to all Lending Library users. Can’t make any of the return windows? Contact [email protected]

4. Return After Use FALL: Lending Library users will be individually contacted with available return times. Regalia packs CANNOT be kept until the spring commencement ceremony and must be returned to the Lending Library in the provided timeframe. Please note when your graduation photos/event are taking place so we can accommodate you with an appropriate return time. Tassel return is not permitted, users of the lending library will be required to keep the tassel included in their regalia pack.

5. Donate Your Regalia: Consider donating your regalia to the library to help others celebrate sustainably. Please note, donations DO NOT need to be the full regalia pack, however, a complete set of gown, cap, and tassel is preferred in the SPRING semester and only gown and cap will be accepted in the FALL semester.

*Please note that if the Lending Library reaches capacity of rentals, you will be directed to purchasing a regalia pack through the CSU Alumni Association, use of the Lending Library will be on a first come, first serve basis*

All donations will be accepted at the ASCSU Office in the Lory Student Center (room 206)

ASCSU reserves the right to place students out of good standing with ASCSU upon regalia pack (including gown & cap) reaching “No returns status”. It is the responsibility of the borrower to return the items during the provided return windows, and communicate any delays in the return process/determine an alternative return time with the ASCSU Director of Environmental Affairs
